Location Map

The areas chosen for the project represent two different landscapes. The first location is the John Martin State Wildlife Area in Bend County, CO. The other location, Lower Gunninson, is located in Mesa and Delta Counties, CO. John Martin SWA area is a flat, and readily accessible, where as Lower Gunnison location is much steeper and not as accessible. The sites were chosen to compare the cost differences associated with different topography, as well as variability in tamarisk growth.
